RESERVATION POLICY
- Vacancies in a recruitment year shall be reserved as follows:-
- 15% for Scheduled Caste candidates.
- 7%% for Scheduled Tribe candidates.
- 27% for OBC candidates as per Central List and List issued by the
- Govt. of NCTof Delhi.
- 10 % for Economically Weaker Sections (EWSs).
- Also, there is a provision for the following reservations:-
10% for Ex-servicemen candidates as per rule. Out of the 10% quota meant for Ex-servicemen, half, i.e. 50% of such quota, will be reserved for the following categories:-- Having served in the special forces/ NSG (Special Action Group) or;
- Having received a Qualified Instructors’ grading in the Commando course or;
- Officers from the Navy
Pay Scale :-
Pay Scale of PB-1 Rs. 5200-20200/-+ Grade Pay Rs. 2000/- (Revised Pay Scale after 7th CPC Pay Matrix Level–03) and other allowances as admissible.
