Essential Educational Qualification:

(i) Senior Secondary From a recognized Board or Its equivalent examination.
AND
(ii) “O” or Higher Level Certificate Course by DOEACC under Control of the Department of Electronics, Government of India.
OR
Certificate Course on Computer Concept by NIELIT, New Delhi.
OR
Computer Operator & Programming Assistant (COPA)/ Data Preparation and Computer Software (DPCS) Certificate Organized Under National/ State Council or Vocational Training Scheme.
OR
Degree/ Diploma/ Certificate in Computer Science/Computer Application from a University established by Law in India or From an Institute Recognized by the Government.
OR
Senior Secondary Certificate from a Recognized Board of Secondary Education in the Country, With the Computer Science/ Computer Application as one of the Subjects.
OR
Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering From a Polytechnic institute Recognized by the Government.
OR

For General and creamy layer of OBC/ SBC Category Candidates: Rs. 450/- Rupees Only, For Non-Creamy layer OBC/ SBC Category Candidates: Rs.350/- Rupees Only, For SC/ ST/ PWD Candidates of Rajasthan: Rs.250/- Rupees Only.

How to Pay Fees

Candidates can pay fee through e-Mitr Kiosk or Public Welfare Center (C.S.C.), Net Banking, ATM cum Debit Card & Credit Card.

Steps to Apply Online for RSMSSB Stenographer:

1. आवेदन राज्य की निर्धारित इ-मित्र कियोस्क / जन सुविधा केंद्र के माध्यम से भरा जा सकता है।
2. अभ्यर्थी ऑनलाइन आवेदन करने से पूर्व अपना email id बना ले एवं email id एवं password याद रखे।
3. यदि आवेदक ई-मित्र कियोस्क / जन सुविधा केंद्र संचालक सबसे पहले बोर्ड की वेबसाइट www.rsmssb.rajasthan.gov.in पर जाकर Recruitment पर Click करेगा।
4. संबंधित भर्ती परीक्षा के सामने Apply Online पर Click करने पर खुलेगा जिसमे ई-मित्र / जन सुविधा केंद्र संचालक अभ्यर्थी को SSO Id एवं Password से Login कर अभ्यर्थी का आवेदन करना होगा।
5. जो अभ्यर्थी पहले से पंजीकृत नहीं है उनको पहले Not a Registered user पर Click कर www.sso.rajasthan.gov.in/ पर पंजीयन करना होगा। उसके पश्चात SSO ID एवं Password प्राप्त होंगे।
6. पंजीयन के उपरांत SSO ID एवं Password प्राप्त कर Login करेंगे।
7. ई-मित्र / जन सुविधा केंद्र संचालक आवेदक का आवेदन पूर्ण रूप से भरने के पश्चात Application Preview Page खोलकर अभ्यर्थी को उसका भरा हुआ आवेदन दिखायेगा।
8. इसके पश्चात Dashboard पर Ongoing Recruitment पर सम्बंधित परीक्षा के Apply Now Link पर क्लिक कर आवेदन करे।
9. आवेदन पूर्ण रूप से भरने के बाद Next पर Click करने पर Application Preview Page खुलेगा।
10. सही सही आवेदन भरने के पश्चात Submit पर Click करे।
11. Ok पर Click करने के पश्चात Pay Fees Page का खुलेगा।
12. आवेदक अपनी श्रेणी के अनुसार परीक्षा शुल्क लोक कल्याण केंद्र (C.S.C) / ई-मित्र कियोस्क के माध्यम से भर सकता है।

Steps to upload scanned photograph and signature

1. Steps to upload photograph
   1. Application can be rejected if photograph and signature are not clear.
   2. Applicant should upload latest color photo (up to 6 months old) and should not upload mobile or self composed photo.
   3. Background of photo should be white or light colored.
   4. The face in the photo of the applicant should take up at least 50 percent.
   5. Face and head of the Applicant in photo should not be covered by any fabric, shade or hairs. Applicant’s head, eye, nose and chin should appear clearly.
   6. If you wear glasses, then you can wear it at the time of photo click, but flash should not be present on the glasses.
   7. Applicant should not wear black or sunglasses in the photo.
   8. Photo should be in JPEG format with a size of 3.5 cm * 4.5 cm.
   9. JPEG photo should be a minimum pixel of 240 * 320 sizes and a maximum of 480 * 640 sizes (0.3 megapixels).
   10. The size of file should be in between 50 KB to 100 KB.
   11. The size of scanned photo should not be more than 100 KB.
   12. At the time of examination, photo of applicant should match with the photo in the entry form, otherwise candidate can be disqualified.
2. Steps to upload photograph
   1. On a white paper (A4 size) at 7 cm width and 2 cm in height, applicant can sign within a rectangular box using a black or dark blue pen.
   2. Only can applicant cam sign, and other person’s signature will not be valid.
   3. Scan the signature after signing in the rectangular box, and upload the scanned image of signature in the rectangular box.
   4. At the time of examination, signature of applicant should match with the signature uploaded on the admit card, otherwise candidate may be disqualified.
   5. Only JPEG format will be accepted.
   6. The minimum pixel for JPEG should be 280 * 80 and maximum pixel should be 560*160.
   7. The size of file should be in between 20 KB to 50 KB.
   8. The size of signature should not be more than 50 KB.
   9. The photograph of signature taken from mobile phone will not be accepted.
